Kardex is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global Central Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. This mid-level role supports regional marketing teams across multiple business units, enabling them to execute and optimize campaigns through a mature marketing automation setup.
You’ll work primarily with HubSpot (preferred) or other enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining complex workflows, managing segmentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting campaign execution in a B2B enterprise environment.

Your tasks
- Design, build, and manage advanced automation workflows for lead lifecycle management (including enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and nurture sequences).
- Support regional teams in creating and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and forms, including troubleshooting and performance reporting.
- Use filters, contact properties, and tagging to accurately identify and segment audiences.
- Manage MAP/CRM integrations (preferably HubSpot–Salesforce), diagnosing and resolving sync errors, field mapping issues, and data discrepancies.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, including consent management and data retention policies.
- Onboard and support internal users and certified partners in the MAP.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and scalable automation processes.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (or equivalent enterprise MAP), including building multi-step workflows, managing segmentation, and creating landing pages/forms — you must be prepared to demonstrate this knowledge in a live test during the interview process.
- Proven track record designing and deploying complex marketing automation workflows from scratch, including lead scoring and multi-stage nurture sequences.
- Direct experience managing MAP/CRM integrations, preferably HubSpot–Salesforce.
- Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance in a marketing automation context.
- B2B enterprise marketing experience supporting multiple regions in an international environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills for documentation, training, and cross-regional collaboration.
- At least 1 year of experience working in remote teams and global markets.
- Able to work within European business hours in a fully remote setup.
