About the position
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall product management of the Claims Intake area – where customers, partners, and connected devices meet report their claims.
With a Nordic scope, working across all segments, you will be responsible for driving increased utilization and great customer experiences for more than half of the roughly 2,5 million claims each year. The intake area includes both customer-facing interfaces and sophisticated internal platforms, and the role requires someone who can master the high-level roadmap while ensuring continuous development and operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Developing a deep understanding of the intake domain – across customer needs, data, systems and business logic
Establishing and driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for digital intake capabilities
Ensuring development efforts are aligned with strategic ambitions and operational excellence
Identifying and driving opportunities to improve the customer journey, including automation and self-service
Collaborating closely with squads, developers, designers, architects and business stakeholders
Continuously evaluating performance and product metrics to guide decisions and prioritization
Facilitating experimentation and discovery of new value-creating features and ideas – especially within AI integration
Supporting the evolution of our digital platforms by balancing innovation, scalability and stability
Translating customer needs and business goals into actionable plans for development
Enabling cross-platform collaboration and ensuring a cohesive user experience across digital channels
Collaborating with external and internal partners on API integrations and other technical enablers
About the team You will be part of the Digital Development unit in Claims , responsible for meeting digital expectations across all Nordic markets and customer segments. Our agile mindset ensures efficient and effective value delivery. You’ll work closely with your squad and share experiences with colleagues across the Nordic region.

You also have:
Strategy
5+ years of experience in digital product management or development roles
A proven track record of contributing to or leading multi-faceted digital products
Experience working across the full product lifecycle – from concept to operations
Strong understanding of digital service and software design principles
Comfortable creating and presenting strategy, progress, and recommendations to management
Solid analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – fluency in English is a must
Structured and proactive – you know how to prioritize and move things forward
Passionate about solving problems and making things better
Behavior

A team player who leads through inspiration and collaboration
