Join Opera’s Global PR team as a Project Coordination & Communications Intern and support the planning and execution of high-impact events like Opera Browser Days and key campaigns around our products. You’ll work closely with a dynamic, international team and help ensure our operations run smoothly, vendors are aligned, reports are delivered, and our communications are sharp and on-point. If you thrive on structure, enjoy working with Excel, and are excited about AI tools and browser technologies - this role might be for you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support planning and logistics for global events, coordinate vendors, track budgets and invoices, and maintain internal reports and spreadsheets,
- Monitor and summarize media coverage, assist in drafting content, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns,
- Create simple visuals and layouts for documents and presentations using Canva or Figma.
Job Requirements:
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets,
- Passion for structure, reporting, and organization,
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini in work/studies,
- Interest in browsers, tech innovation, and staying updated on digital trends,
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-changing situations.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma,
- Fluent in English (C1+) and other languages,
- Comfortable working across time zones and with international vendors, as well as flexible with travelling,
- Excellent attention to detail and a love of checklists, numbers, and structured processes,
- Flexible and adaptable - able to deal with last-minute changes with ease.
