WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

As a part-time intern in the Power Transmission Business Group, you will be welcomed into a collaborative and supportive environment where learning is part of our daily work. You’ll be part of the Quality team—a key function driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our projects in Europe and beyond.

We are a diverse and cross-functional team, working closely with engineering, project execution, and transformation specialists. Our team is spread across different sites, and we collaborate in both in-person and virtual settings. You will report to the Quality Process & Tools Manager and be based in Oslo or Halden, with flexibility to combine your internship with your studies through hybrid work and adaptable hours.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain international exposure, build a professional network, and see how large-scale industrial projects are executed in real life. You’ll be encouraged to contribute, take ownership, and develop your skills in a real business environment. This is a part-time internship (2–3 days per week), with flexibility to accommodate your lecture schedule. The duration es estimated 4-6 months, depending on your start-date.
