Retail Media will be a cornerstone of Oda’s future growth - a brand new business line designed to create a sustainable revenue stream alongside our core grocery operations. This is more than just a new team; it's a core component of building the world's most effective retail system. This is a rare opportunity to be an architect of change. As Retail Media Manager, you will shape a new business from the ground up, leveraging our unique digital model and its related insights to create a high-margin revenue stream. You'll build a new engine for the business - one that will redefine how brands connect with customers in the grocery space.

What you’ll be doing as Retail Media Manager
Set the vision & strategy - Define and communicate a clear strategy for building a profitable retail media business, rooted in commercial value creation. Identify and address supplier, brand, and partner needs, and collaborate closely with sales, data, and engineering to maximize revenue potential.
Own the business outcomes - Lead your product area end-to-end with clear ownership over P&L and commercial KPIs. Balance long-term growth with short-term wins that prove value quickly.
Build, measure, and learn - Design experiments, set clear commercial goals (like revenue and profitability), measure progress, and refine strategy based on learnings and market feedback.
Optimize & scale - Evolve monetization strategies, business models, and processes as the business grows. Transition from early-stage managed service to a scalable, automated platform.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
Ideally, we’re looking for a Product Manager with a media background, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box - what matters most to us is a strong product mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience in building, leading and scaling products or concepts.
Experience with building and scaling a business as a product, with full P&L responsibility.
Strong business and growth mindset, with commercial understanding beyond purely digital solutions.
3 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, or 2 - 5 years in media, adtech, or e-commerce - ideally both!
Experience with leading teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Ability to think systemically - understanding how your business area interacts with the broader retail ecosystem to drive profitable growth.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
What would be nice to have 💡
It’s a bonus if you have experience from the Norwegian and Swedish market.
It’s great if you’ve got experience with managing advertiser relationships or retail media networks.
