Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and challenges.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering diverse projects, from strategy to IT implementation.
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, , MS Project).
- Adaptability to work on several projects in paralllel, of varying scope and complexity.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
