Supply Chain Specialist

NutraQ is on a journey to build the best subscription-based health and beauty business platform in Europe. During the last few years, we have had significant growth, and we are currently looking for a driven and experienced supply chain specialist to join our international and innovative company that holds high standards and integrity.

You will be responsible for supporting the flow of goods from raw materials to finished product at our distribution centers and make sure we have good ability to deliver according to sales forecasts, regulations, routines and quality demand. This will enable NutraQ to reach its ambitious growth strategy, ensuring critical visibility and control of our supply chain currently serving 15 different markets from 9 distribution centers. The role is a temporary one that will report to the Head of Supply Chain and be part of a professional supply chain team.

Start date: As soon as possible

End date: October 2026

Scope and main responsibilities:
Manage and follow up transportation flow between suppliers, packaging sites and distribution centers
Purchase inbound transportation services considering parameters such as lead times, quality, costs, optimization potential, etc.
Manage sustainability metrics and guidelines throughout the transportation flow
Ensure customs compliance by working closely together with our customs and documentations manager
Support current planners in the purchasing of raw materials, product packaging, production or finished goods according to need
Be a true team player, leveraging structured communication with the other supply chain functions and suppliers to ensure end to end visibility of movements of goods and the correct prioritization
Assist in project development
The role requires that you live in Norway and can work from our HQ in Oslo

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus but not essential)
2 Years of relevant experience in for example transportation planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations (Internships and summer jobs can also be considered relevant experience)
Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts
Experience with Business Central or other ERP system supply planning software is a plus
Good technical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional communication and collaboration skills for both internal and external relationships
Experience working with international suppliers and multi-modal transport (road, sea, air) is a plus
Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance requirements, ideally within the Norwegian or EU context is a plus
Hands-on experience with supply chain sustainability metrics or working in companies with sustainability targets is an advantage
Proficiency in English
Scandinavian language is preferred, but not a requirement
