We are seeking an experienced HR professional motivated to assume the role of Team Leader for the HR Operations team at our head office in Arendal. As Team Leader you will be responsible for developing effective and professional HR processes within the HR Operations Team's areas of responsibility. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders globally. Emphasis should also be placed on improving the use of digital solutions to enhance the efficiency and relevance of tasks, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of skilled HR professionals in the HR Operations Team using a coaching and empowering leadership approach.
Ensure a client-focused approach to team goal setting- and development.
Enhance the efficiency of key HR processes through digitalization, data analysis and continuous improvement.
Ensure benefits realization and optimize planning and allocation of resources in close cooperation with the Head of Human Resources.
Qualifications
Experience in leading people and teams to grow and succeed; A minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience.
Higher education in HR; extensive and relevant experience may compensate for the educational requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Strong technological understanding and experience with implementing and using new technologies.
Knowledge and experience in key HR Operations processes, and the ability to develop effective processes.
Ability to challenge existing practices and to introduce diverse perspectives to the HR Operations team, HR leadership, and other stakeholders.
Capability to align business goals with operational effectiveness to guide the team with purpose and accountability.
