Responsibilities
Advise and support leaders in key HR processes.
Resolving complex HR queries, balancing professional integrity and flexibility to provide the best solution.
Promote leadership behaviors and elevate team performance through a coaching approach.
Engage closely with assigned departments/locations and consistently share relevant information between the business, the HR department, and other key stakeholders to ensure global oversight and alignment.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the global organization for the design and delivery of global, cross-functional initiatives.
Execute back-office HR processes efficiently, while focusing on possible new ways of working to further improve the results.
Enhancing HR professional knowledge within the HR function and among leaders.
Qualifications
Extensive HR experience in various processes and policies
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Higher education in HR; extensive and relevant experience may compensate for the educational requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Experience in compiling and connecting information from various arenas and stakeholders in the business and deciding what is important and should lead to actions.
Personal qualities
Ability to foster strong relationships and high levels of trust through a coaching approach and demonstrating competence.
Capacity to balance a variety of tasks during a busy workday without compromising on the quality of the output.
Able to connect operational, tactical, and strategic tasks within the HR domain to provide added value to the organization.
Capable of challenging existing practices and introducing diverse perspectives, while also genuinely showing interest in understanding diverse viewpoints, to seek an open exchange of views to find viable solutions.
Demonstrates strong business acumen while maintaining a high level of professional HR competence and understanding.
