We are now looking for a Business Unit Manager who will be responsible for developing and strengthening our collaboration with Fortinet one of the worlds leading providers of network security.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the Role
As Business Unit Manager for Fortinet, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a dedicated team of 5 people focused on vendor and partner relations
- The manager also works closely with our technical department consisting of Fortinet resources.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Fortinets internal sales and technical teams.
- Developing and executing business plans and campaigns in collaboration with Fortinet and partners.
- Identifying growth opportunities and driving sales activities to increase market share.
- Ensuring training, certifications, and business development activities are in place for our partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, budgets, and ROI for Fortinet-related activities.
The position reports to the Country Manager, Norway.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as an operational leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Has relationships in the partner channel and understands the dynamics of the value chain.
- Has experience in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or network solutions.
- Possesses strong business insight and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Is service-oriented, present, proactive, and curious.
- Is structured and used to working on multiple ongoing projects with tight deadlines.
- Is a strong team player who brings energy and drive to the team, is used to long workdays, and sees tasks through to completion.
- Communicates fluently in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
