Home Hotel is a brand-new concept with one simple but powerful vision: to create a place that feels like home, even when you’re away. We go beyond offering just a bed for the night - we want to create an experience that lingers long after our guests leave. A place so warm, welcoming, and comfortable that guests feel like they’ve settled into their own living room. Now we’re looking for a kitchen member at Home Hotel Grand Bodø who wants to be part of our family.
Home Hotel Grand Bodø have 100 rooms and meetingrom for 30 pax. The hotel is located in the centre of Bodø and our main guest is individually freequent businesstraveller. Breakfast, fika and a light dinnebuffet is always included when staying at our hotel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare our breakfast -and dinnerbuffet – all within the framework of our established and unique concept, but with plenty of room for personal creativity and impact.
- Prepare lunch for our conference guests
- With your positive attitude, you create good atmosphere for our guest, by beeing visible in our restaurant
- Follow up on routines for quality, hygiene, and safety, toghether with the team team has everything they need to deliver food of the highest standard.
- Contribute to strong collaboration between the kitchen, the restaurant team, and other departments through close communication .
This is a permanent position for 70, 80 or 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who:
- Have experience as a chef or kitchen assistant. Preferable certificate as a chef but not mandatory.
- Love to interact with our guests
- Are flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great food and experiences.
- Turn challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keep high standards, even when things get tough.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but your dedication to service and a homelike guest experience matters most.
