The London Barber AS, Bodø, Norway, is looking for a star barber.

We are looking for a barber who:

• brings positive energy to his clients and team every single day.
• has passion for hair - working to constantly improve.
• has scissor and clipper skills - beard trimming and wet shaving can be learnt here.
has English or Scandinavian language skills.

Client Services:

• Delivering high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, scissor cuts and beard trims tailored to the client's needs.
• Offering advice on styles that suit the client's face shape, hair type and lifestyle.
Hot towel shaves can be taught with us, if not an existing area of knowledge.

Client Experience:

• Creating a welcoming, professional and relaxed environment.
Building strong relationships with clients
• - listening, remembering their preferences, and offering honest advice.
Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organized workstation at all times.

Product Knowledge & Sales:

• Recommending hair and grooming products based on individual client needs.
• Staying updated on new trends styles, and tools.
Upselling services and products where appropriate (never being pushy).

Professional Standards:

• Following hygiene, health & safety protocols (tools disinfected, clean towels, etc.).
• Managing appointments efficiently and respecting time slots.
Working as part of a team - supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping maintain shop culture.

We offer:

• Money. Starting salary of 34,000-40,000kr a month before tax. With a pay review after six months.
• One month free accommodation for those coming from outside Bodø.
