Chef - Cook - kokk - À la carte
We are looking for an experienced chef with a passion for gastronomy, who can help carry forward Esmeralda's culinary traditions while also bringing creative ideas to the table.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that stay true to Esmeralda's identity and values.
Ensure compliance with food safety (IK Mat) and health and safety (HMS) procedures.
Work shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a chef in a busy restaurant.
- Is flexible, precise, and self-driven.
- Is honest, reliable, and a true team player.
- Speaks and understands English.

Vi søker en erfaren kokk med lidenskap for gastronomi, som kan bidra til å videreføre Esmeraldas mattradisjoner og tilføre kreative ideer.
