The opportunity
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to support our sales and project execution in Oslo, Norway.

With analytical, hands-on, and autonomous approach, you contribute to the successful performance of Contract Management. You are a reliable partner in the preparation of contracts, contract administration and project execution.
How you'll make an impact
Work together with sales team in the tendering process by reviewing and commenting on tender terms and conditions, participate directly in contract negotiations when needed, and assisting with risk reviews and qualification documents.
Develop contract strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, and project execution plans—focusing on risk, pricing, scope, and schedule.
Provide proactive advice and support to project managers, site teams, and procurement to ensure contract rights and obligations are protected.
Draft and review subcontracts and supplier agreements, ensuring key terms from the main contract are included.
Preparation of project related amendments, change orders and other contract related documents. Performing the overall identification of opportunities for incoming and outgoing claims, developing claims strategies, preparing notifications/correspondence and related documentation (amendments, change orders etc)
Conducting contract and claims negotiations and settlements together with the project management.
Support formal dispute resolution in collaboration with our legal team.
Your background
Master's degree, or bachelor’s degree (with extensive experience), alternatively in law, engineering, business administration, or economics.
Experience in EPC power generation, substations, converter stations, grid integration, transmission, or similar industrial plant Contract Management and/or legal positions. Experience in customer negotiations and claim preparation.
Ability to read, write, speak, and negotiate in English. Norwegian is a plus.
Great communication and negotiation skills.
