Digital Marketing Specialist (WFH)

Job Description

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
• Support SEO efforts by checking, maintaining, and updating website content as needed.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms to maximize ROI.
• Manage and grow organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in email marketing, website content management, paid ads (including social media), and social media management.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in waste management or engineering industries, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
