As a Fulfillment Operator, you will work alongside your colleagues to solve some of the crucial challenges we face here at Oda. You'll be a part of a visionary Operations team responsible for the operational tasks within our Terminal/Freeze department. As a Fulfillment Operator at Oda, you will contribute to the value chain in picking and ensuring good-quality groceries for our customers. Together with the team, you as a Fulfillment Operator will be responsible for getting the right groceries to the right customer at the right time. We have three different departments: Dry, Cold and Terminal/freeze.
What you’ll be doing
- Pick and pack goods for customers.
- Be the first point of contact for the handover of goods from suppliers.
- Ensure that there are products on the shelves and ensure that the workplace is kept tidy.
- Work closely with your team to achieve our operational goals and measure against company KPI´s.
- Contribute to a culture that works with continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

- Are comfortable with and like routine-based tasks.

- Speak and understand English. Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
What would be nice to have 💡
- Previous experience from warehouse work, in a value chain, trade, or in production.
- It's a plus if you have a forklift certificate.
- Being service-minded and customer-focused.
- Experience with warehouse work in colder temperatures is a plus
- Having access to a car is great since our working hours don't align well with public transportation.

Practical information ℹ️
- Application deadline: The application deadline is August 31st. However, we process applications and hold interviews continuously. The process may end before the deadline if we find the right candidate.
- Working hours: 22:00-06:00
- You are going to follow a turnus with work every fourth weekend
- Although this position is primarily for the Terminal/Freeze department, there will be opportunities to work across other departments as needed.
- Working temperatures at our terminal/freeze department are up to -25℃
- Location: Drammensveien 189, 3420 Lierskogen
