We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Large & Complex + Lead Relationship Manager to lead our L&C portfolio and LRM team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive commercial performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver seamless, innovative solutions across all lines of business.
You’ll be at the heart of our client strategy—ensuring satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the L&C and LRM teams, driving succession planning and talent growth.
- Serve as strategic lead for key clients, ensuring deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction (NPS).
- Oversee account planning, service delivery, and risk management across the client lifecycle.
- Champion the use of CRM and broking platforms (Dynamics, Bizcore, TCT) to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, IDD, KYC).
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Placement teams to deliver integrated client strategies.
- Proven experience in international insurance, risk advisory, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex client portfolios.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Power BI).
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
