Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our HR team. You will take part in a business-oriented team of professionals in HR and report to Head of HR Financial Services.
The HR team will need a person who can work independently on a tactical and operational level in close cooperation with leaders (on all levels), employees, Unions, and strategic partners with HR related issues. There will be a great need for knowledge within labor law, collective agreements, and performance management processes. Your tasks will to a certain degree be project driven and project lead skills will be needed. The role is a key role for identifying activities for implementing both business and HR (people) strategy.
General knowledge regarding all people processes in international organization is valued.
You will have the key role as a coach, advisor, and sparring partner to the line management in the business unit Cards. You will also be the head partner towards the Unions and questions regarding labor law in the unit. Develop, implement, advise, and follow up corporate global and national governance and processes.
Collaboration is key and you must be able to work in a complex organization cross organization boundaries.
Your profile:
Higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level
Experience from HR positions, preferably in large or medium-sized international organizations with matrix organization and global operations.
Experience with Norwegian labor law, collective agreements, Unions and performance management processes.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholder
Solution oriented and strong decision maker, with excellent cooperative abilities
High personal integrity and high ethical standards
Excellent communication skills
