About the role
In this role, you will be part of HR Operations and report to the HR Manager in Finland . You will be located at the Oslo office, most of your working time but with some flexibility to work from home when needed. This position is with 80 % of working time , either 4 days a week or 6,5 hours /day on 5 days.
As an HR Generalist at Essity, you will work close to the business delivering support and coaching to managers in a diverse range of tasks within the whole HR area. You will provide professional HR support in all operational/ administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. These may include various or single aspects of recruitment, training, organization development, data collection and employee relations programs .
In this role, you will ensure that activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and are compliant with legal requirements . You also a ct as speaking partner for managers and other stakeholders, providing expert assistance and guidance for assigned activities .
You will p ropose local adaptation to harmonize and/or improve process delivery and c ontribute to overall HR process delivery with input or as process member . In this role you will also a ppl y and maintain relevant tools and systems and c ontributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement . You will work collaboratively with the Centr e of Excellences i n the Nordic HR community, and experience in this will be an advantage.

You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR role.
Experience working with local labor law and regulations.
Data savviness and an interest in people analytics to make fact-based decisions.
Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is a must .
Experience from working in an international company is beneficial.
