We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive M&A Coordinator to join Visma’s Group M&A team in Oslo. In this role, you will be working closely with the Chief M&A Officer, supporting deal processes from start to finish and helping power our internal acquisition operations.
What you’ll do:
Your role will be central to how we operate as a team. You’ll be trusted with a wide range of tasks that keep our M&A team running smoothly and make a real impact in how we collaborate, communicate, and close deals.
Support the Chief M&A Officer with planning, coordination, and daily follow-up
Prepare clear, polished presentations and internal documentation as well as being able to do relevant financial analysis
Manage team communication in due diligence processes, including Slack channels and meeting flow
Keep the M&A playbook and customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date
Handle data room organisation and documentation flow
Streamline internal meetings and help the team stay focused and on task
Contribute to improving how we work and collaborate as a department

Experience with tools like Slack, G Suite, data rooms, and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn quickly)
A proactive mindset, you spot what’s needed and take initiative
Fluency in English is required and Norwegian is a plus
A degree in business, finance, or a related field
