M&A Coordinator

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure meets strategy? Are you excited by the opportunity to work at the heart of one of Europe’s most active mergers and acquisitions (M&A) teams? If so, this could be your next role.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive M&A Coordinator to join Visma’s Group M&A team in Oslo. In this role, you will be working closely with the Chief M&A Officer, supporting deal processes from start to finish and helping power our internal acquisition operations.

What you’ll do:

Your role will be central to how we operate as a team. You’ll be trusted with a wide range of tasks that keep our M&A team running smoothly and make a real impact in how we collaborate, communicate, and close deals.

  • Support the Chief M&A Officer with planning, coordination, and daily follow-up

  • Prepare clear, polished presentations and internal documentation as well as being able to do relevant financial analysis

  • Manage team communication in due diligence processes, including Slack channels and meeting flow

  • Keep the M&A playbook and customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date

  • Handle data room organisation and documentation flow

  • Streamline internal meetings and help the team stay focused and on task

  • Contribute to improving how we work and collaborate as a department

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and enjoys enabling others to do their best work. You bring structure, calm, and a can-do mindset to everything you do.

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A high work capacity and strong attention to detail

  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to bring people together

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with tools like Slack, G Suite, data rooms, and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn quickly)

  • A proactive mindset, you spot what’s needed and take initiative

  • Fluency in English is required and Norwegian is a plus

  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field
