About the Role
You’ll work across departments using your maritime experience to solve complex cases, improve practices, and share knowledge throughout the organization. Your ability to connect operational decisions with commercial impact will be key to driving performance.

This place us among the largest shipping operators within the European short-sea segment. There are approximately 120 employees in our beautiful new premises at the head office in Bergen.
