We are looking for an ambitious and innovation-minded Partner Manager to strengthen our Partnerships & New Business Opportunities (P&NBO) Services team.

About the role
As a Partner Manager, you will be growing our service partnership portfolio by running, developing and successfully commercializing value-adding service concepts that answer to the needs of our customers. Your role is to identify new service opportunities by exploring new technologies and start-up opportunities, participate in validating and negotiating new service partnerships and successfully manage existing partnerships and service concepts across the Nordic markets.
You will work in close collaboration with Nordic colleagues, agile squads and other internal and external stakeholders. You will lead your own service portfolio and run development projects from initial idea to insight and full-scale implementation. You successfully both grow the value of our existing partnerships towards set KPI's, organize internal events and participate in building totally new corporate ventures.
About the team
The Partnerships & New Business Opportunities (P&NBO) is a small and growing unit of 40 partnership professionals across the Nordics, where the primary aim is to create growth. It consists of local distribution partner teams and the Nordic Services team, where we run and build value adding services to differentiate in the insurance market. Our Services team is spread around four different countries, and we run projects flexibly in and beyond our home locations. You will work with our biggest service partnership Anticimex and take part in highly interesting projects in the areas of property, living and personal health.
Who are you?
As a Partner Manager, your mission is to identify and explore new business opportunities and develop existing and new services based on customer needs and business value. You are a strategic and analytical problem solver who is a great team player and an excellent networker with proven skills to build and develop service partnerships.
You also have
- Relevant University degree, e.g. Business & administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages
- An analytical approach and ability to pick up the relevant details in complex contexts
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e.g., innovation, new service development, (digital) business development or management consulting
- Entrepreneurial “get things done” mindset with passion to create innovations of the future
- Team player mentality, fearless challenger attitude and ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Track record from developing and managing relationships and networks in large complex organizations, i.e., you are comfortable in inspiring and shepherding stakeholders on the journey of bringing experiments and pilots to life
- Experience in the insurance industry is seen as an advantage
