We are seeking a Payroll Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our payroll operations. In this role, you will ensure that payroll expenses and taxes are handled accurately and on time, while also improving and streamlining our automated processes. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external partners to support our organization’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes and act as the key contact between locations and ADP.
Coordinate payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises).
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, international policies, and support payroll tax audits.
Collaborate with HR, accounting, and auditors, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Oversee global benefits administration, including insurance and pensions
Ideal candidates will have:
3+ years of payroll experience in Norway; global payroll experience is a plus.
Solid knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, multi-location payroll, taxes, NAV refunds, sick leave, and travel expenses.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, HR, or related field; CPM certification is a bonus.
Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday) and strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented and results-driven professional, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
