To further strengthen the product management team in Digital, we are now looking to hire a professional and business-minded Product Line Manager - Offshore Digital Solutions to develop and execute on our Digital product strategies and be the external and internal "evangelist" for KM’s Digital Solutions for the market segment, managing and shaping a product portfolio based on economy and market needs. Be the driving force in our efforts to develop the Digital Value Proposition and Application Portfolio to create a lean and modern offering to the market.

What you will be accountable for:
- Industry Influence: Represent KM in internal and external meetings. Be recognized as a subject matter expert and thought leader in digital solutions for your market segment.
- Strategic Leadership: As part of our digital product management leadership team, actively contribute to operational and strategic discussions. Your insights will shape our success.
- Product Lifecycle Mastery: Take ownership of the end-to-end product management process for both new and existing offerings. From requirements, through utilization, and to its end of life, you’ll ensure our digital solutions exceed expectations.
- Capacity Management: Strategically and operationally manage product management capacity. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, technology, and product development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure utilization of competence and capacity across KM. Actively work with Sales to ensure thorough understanding of the market, driving rapid prototyping and development of profitable products according to market demand.
- Cultural Catalyst: Foster an energized, high-performance, inclusive, curious, and accountable team culture. Your positive influence matters.
You bring a formal background and experience of:
Education: A master’s degree in a technical, computer science, or IT-related field is preferred. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
Digital/Maritime/Offshore Experience: Experience within a relevant industry is required.
Leadership Experience: Previous leadership within a technical/product team environment, ideally in a global business context.
Business Understanding: Proven track record of managing budgets and understanding international business.
