Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will support key initiatives to ensure our team has the right tools and people to achieve our goals. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will manage departmental purchases, contracts, and budgets, collaborate on recruitment and onboarding, contribute to learning development, facilitate manager meetings, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist Product Area Leaders with project coordination. You will also identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve decision-making by leveraging AI and AI agents across operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team by ensuring
Projects & Product Deliverables:
- Coordinating projects and events across teams and organizations.
- Ensuring the documentation of the squads’ product strategies and ensuring availability of information on scope, deliverables, plans and timeline.
- Preparing and scheduling product review meetings, chairing them, and tracking squad progress towards product deliverables.
People:
- Collaborate with managers and recruiters to create a hiring pipeline and ensure the quality of incoming talent.
- Regularly refresh recruitment and onboarding best practices and oversee the onboarding program
- Manage contracts for R&D consultant firms and contractors.
Engagement:
- Contribute to the learning development strategy and execute related initiatives.
- Facilitate regular manager cohort meetings and ensure awareness of timelines for performance reviews, calibration, and compensation planning.
- Facilitate employee engagement surveys and the creation of action plans to enhance team health.
Tools:
- Act as the point person for departmental purchases and contracts.
- Ensure department bills are paid according to the budget plan.
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions, including AI-powered tools and agents, to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Program Management role including of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational awareness in navigating large organizations (10,000+ employees).
- Experience with financial and budget management.
- Experience with vendor and contract coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Process improvement experience, identifying inefficiencies and implementing light and effective workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a software development company and understanding of agile development processes.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-powered solutions or agents to streamline team operations and reduce manual effort.
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
