We are now expanding our presence in Norway and seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to help grow our market share and strengthen our footprint.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading our sales efforts across Norway. You’ll work closely with local and Nordic teams to offer tailored, value-driven solutions to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage sales across all Norwegian sectors: academic institutions, public administration, businesses, and healthcare
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a solution-focused approach
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored offerings
- Adapt sales strategy based on evolving market needs and customer insights
- Deliver regular reports and analyses to guide regional performance and improvements
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive for Norway
About You
- A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience selling tech solutions or subscription-based services (industry knowledge is a plus; full training provided)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop impactful sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Confidence in presentations and negotiations
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel both within Norway and internationally
- Experience working in team-based and matrix environments
