We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our brilliant international team. In this key role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and play an important part in driving our next phase of expansion.
What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. You’ll:
- Drive the sales process end-to-end – from lead generation to closed-won.
- Develop your pipeline through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with assigned and target accounts.
- Track emerging market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues while also being comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with a deep interest in energy and sustainability:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the renewable energy or low-carbon markets basics is preferred.
- Proven track record managing the full sales process, from planning to closing deals.
- Previous experience in a scale-up environment and/or exposure to SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer meetings and industry events.
- Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
