We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who wants to improve healthcare through user-centered design. In this role, you will contribute to creating impactful solutions that enhance the lives of patients and support the work of healthcare professionals. Tietoevry is an innovative frontrunner specializing in segment-specific software and data platform services. When joining Tietoevry Care Studio as an UX Designer:
As a designer in Tietoevry Care’s Care Studio, you’ll join a forward-thinking team at the heart of healthcare innovation. Care Studio is our dedicated space for exploring, testing, and shaping new ideas into real-world solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design impactful, inclusive products that truly improve lives. We work with a user-centric mindset, grounded in research and guided by a structured innovation process. - Be an influential part of our dedicated Design and Innovation-team named Care Studio within Healthcare
- Working with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business developers, product designers, design researchers, architects, and fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy that meets the needs of our users.
- Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
- You will be co-responsible for developing and maintaining a Design System across our product portfolio.
- You will be involved in research, planning, and developing new products and experiences.
- You will design strategies that are customer-centric and aligned with our business objectives and mission.
Who we are looking for
- You have a Master or Bachelor degree in either UX Design or UI Design.
- You have 5 to 15 years of work experience in the field of UI, UX or IxD.
- You are a team player and excel in working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
- You have experience in working with or developing coherent design systems that scale across products.
- Your knowledge of existing and emerging design tools and methods is top-notch.
- You can be both hands-on and strategic.
- You are fluent in English and Norwegian, verbally & writing.
As a person, we believe you are a team player who acts and demonstrates responsibility to organize your work and solve your tasks. With our agile end-to-end development process, you will continue to both learn from, and coach your colleagues, so communication is important for us.
We also believe you have
- Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders.
- Fluency with common design and prototyping tools, including Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD.
- Experience in running online and offline workshops.
