As our Finance & Accounting organization transitions to SAP S/4 HANA, we are gearing up for a pivotal phase. With testing starting this year and full implementation planned for next year, we are looking for new team members to help us navigate this transformation. Responsibility and tasks
- Month end reporting with cost/revenue accruals and follow up of forecasts for business unit/projects
- Yearly budget/plan, monthly forecast
- Reporting and follow up a specific cost/profit center/ business unit/project.
- Monthly variance analysis and profitability reporting.
- Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews
- Finance advisor for the operational organization, including financial training.
- Calculate and maintain internal cost rates.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and processes.
- Process improvements.
- Participate in quarterly audits, - external and internal
- Sap S4 implementation tasks
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferable from the oil industry
- Good Excel skills
- Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
