The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst for Supply Sustainability and Compliance, you will play a key role within our global High Voltage Supply Chain Management organization. Your focus will be on advancing our sustainability and regulatory compliance efforts, with particular attention to reducing Scope 3 emissions, conducting sustainable assessments, and ensuring alignment with emerging supply chain regulations. You’ll support the development of robust data collection and reporting systems, while driving continuous improvement initiatives that help us meet our environmental and compliance goals.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support execution of the BU SCM Sustainability strategy by analyzing regulatory trends and internal performance data
- Contribute to ESG process development and continuous improvement, including SOPs and work instructions for efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments and improvement programs (e.g., via EcoVadis), ensuring timely execution and follow-up
- Support strategic supplier relationships and drive collaborative engagement to enhance sustainability performance
- Assist in implementing standardized processes for key legislations (e.g., CBAM, EUDR, EU Battery Regulation), ensuring regional alignment and timely execution
- Structure and organize sustainability-related information and ensure robust reporting mechanisms for relevant KPIs at operational and executive levels
- Maintain and update documentation for SCM sustainability and compliance processes and support implementation of global tools related to supplier sustainability
Your background
- Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with external parties on sustainability initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable
- Understanding supplier sustainability requirements such as labor & human rights, sustainable procurement, environmental, safety, and ethics is preferred
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4Hana, EcoVadis is a plus
- Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment, with fluency in English and strong communication/presentation skills
