As our Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be accountable for ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of our Customers through AutoStore’s Partner Network. This role requires a seasoned professional with a technical background, and a focus on building and maintaining solid Partner relationships.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Drive Partner Success, manage TAM cases and partner`s KPIs, lead regular TAM review meetings, and proactively monitor performance to ensure optimal system use and low incident rates.
- Deliver Expert Support by providing on-site assistance to partners and end-customer visits, offering hands-on guidance across all AutoStore modules.
- Build Solid Relationships, establish connections with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Support to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Enable Learning and Growth, create and share knowledge resources, contribute to partner training, and make technical insights accessible across the organization.
- Think Critically, Act Proactively. Analyze complex issues, apply business understanding of AutoStore’s technology, and continuously seek new knowledge to stay ahead.
You are a great fit for this role if you bring:
- Understanding of Software and/or Mechanical/Electrical on-site installations and specifications
- Knowledge of Networks and Associated Software
- Experience in Automation within Industrial environments, and understanding of core AutoStore`s Technology and Products
- Ability to travel to AutoStore`s or Partner/Customer`s locations (EMEA)
- A Customer-Centric mindset with a Proactive, Preventative approach and a focus on Continuous Improvement.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English languages.

Location for this role is in our offices in Vindafjord (Nedre Vats), Oslo (Lysaker), or Stavanger.
