Atea ASA (Atea Group) is looking to add to the Partner Team to work across all countries with a variety of Strategic and Gold Partners.
Due to our continued growth with Strategic Partners and Gold Partners, The Partner team wants to strengthen itself with individuals that are proactive and goal-oriented. Aligning Atea’s strategy with all our Partners is crucial to maintain both our leadership position and continue growth.
Key assets:
- Ability to work across all Atea countries, with strong people skills
- Work on multiple streams of work and projects, while giving value to the entire organization
- Maximizing opportunities utilizing a combination of strategic thinking and business intelligence
- Team player with strong English skills and ability to connect and align with leaders across our partners in the Nordics/Baltics and globally
- Travel: The position does require travel within the Nordics, Europe and America
The role:
In this role, you will be expected to understand and respect the unique characteristics and working methods of each country you collaborate with. You will work actively to build and maintain strong relationships both internally across teams and externally with partners. A key part of your responsibility will be to identify and leverage synergies with partners across all One Atea initiatives. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help develop the most competent employees in the market. The role involves close collaboration with business units and cross-functional roles, with a clear responsibility for delivering results and ensuring efficient work processes.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience within Atea or equivalent with a minimum 3 years expereince
- Higher education in technology, management or another relevant field
- Good communication skills in English, both in verbal and written
- Solid technology and business understanding
- Can demonstrate a solid background with good results
- Structured and systematic; ability to plan, make clear prioritizations and allocate time and resources efficiently
