We are looking for a junior trader/quant to join our FICC team as part of the DNB Carnegie Graduate program 2026. In this position, you will become an integral part of the team from day one. You will work closely with experienced professionals on projects and assignments in a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will be able to enhance your skills through both structured training and on-the-job experience, as well as expanding your professional network within the DNB Group and beyond. Full-Time Program
We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for positions starting in August 2026.
The August program starts with an intensive onboarding program designed exclusively for graduates. You will dive into essential courses tailored to build a strong foundation in finance such as Excel, accounting principles, and financial report analysis.
After completing the training, you will be placed directly into a team where you will receive on-the-job training and real challenges from day one. Your journey will focus on quantitative tasks and will be tailored to your strengths and the needs of the division. Additionally, you will spend time rotating across the different desks within FICC, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the various products offered to clients whilst building a valuable network across the organization.
Example of responsibilities:
- Conducting macro research.
- Trading and market-making in interest rates and FX.
- Risk management, structuring and hedging solutions.
