We need someone who can provide a clear, immediate picture of system health, uncover risks and vulnerabilities, and lead the charge in refining our testing methodologies. A Quality Assurance Lead will be instrumental in driving this clarity and ensuring our testing approach is both effective and efficient.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a pivotal role where you'll have a direct impact on the reliability and performance of our software. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality, responsible for:
Owning System Health: You'll be the expert on the current state of our systems, providing clear insights into risks, vulnerabilities, and overall health.
Defining Testing Strategy: You'll develop and implement effective testing methodologies, ensuring our efforts are focused where they matter most and provide maximum value.
Building a Risk-Aware Culture: You'll identify key risk areas and guide our teams in prioritizing testing efforts to mitigate those risks proactively.
Define Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and procedures across the development lifecycle.
Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports on product quality, testing progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a QA Lead or a similar leadership role in a software development environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
A deep understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices (e.g., agile, manual, automated, performance, security).
