About the role
We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Medical Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and the medical practices we serve. Your mission is to ensure our clinician clients are masters of their Practice Management System, empowering them to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
Streamline Administrative Processes: Design and implement AI-powered workflows to drastically reduce administrative burdens, allowing clinicians to prioritize patient care.
Enhance Clinical Efficiency: Deeply analyze current practice operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized clinical workflows.
Champion Customer Feedback: Serve as the customer advocate, collecting valuable insights and feedback to guide continuous product and engineering enhancements.
Advance AI Capabilities: Contribute to the development and refinement of templates and prompts for our AI assistant, establishing it as an essential documentation tool.
Drive Commercial Expansion: Conduct impactful live product demonstrations for potential clients and represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Uphold Clinical Safety: Document and manage clinical safety incidents, and optimize internal operations to ensure secure and effective scaling.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Clinical ops experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., general practice, clinic chain).
Deep relationships with the medical associations/ unions in your country.
Preference for a degree in medicine or licensed medical professional/ therapist (not must-have)
A genuine passion for technology, AI, and its potential to transform healthcare. You do not need to be a software engineer or have experience in building software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams.
A process-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
A strong sense of ownership and the flexibility to travel as needed and step up during critical moments.
