At the heart of it all is Atlas Brasserie & Café – a buzzing, casual and cosmopolitan eatery inspired by the bustling brasseries of Paris and New York. We serve everything from creative breakfasts and modern lunch classics to elegant evening menus – always with a local twist and high-quality ingredients.
We are now looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team – someone passionate about food, driven by teamwork, and eager to contribute to a house full of possibilities.
The Role
As a Chef at Atlas, you will work hands-on with our culinary team to deliver excellent dining experiences across lunch and dinner service. You will work closely with the kitchen leadership to uphold high standards and consistency – and contribute to a warm, collaborative team culture where everyone takes pride in what we serve.
You will:
- Prepare dishes with care, creativity and precision
- Ensure mise en place, prep and service are completed efficiently and cleanly
- Follow hygiene, and HACCP routines rigorously
- Contribute to a safe and supportive kitchen environment
- Support colleagues and share knowledge – we succeed together
Who You Are
- You have a culinary education or relevant experience from hotel or restaurant kitchens
- You’re organized, dependable and have a passion for great food
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- You work well in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere
- You speak fluent English – Norwegian is a plus, but not required
