As we enter our most ambitious growth stage yet, our marketing team will play a central role in shaping Monil’s online presence, building trust, and driving growth across both digital and physical channels. What you’ll do
Own our social media presence: Create and schedule engaging posts to showcase Monil across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok).
Lead the creation of innovative, engaging content that effectively communicates Monil’s value proposition.
Launch creative campaigns that generate leads and attract new customers
Plan, script, and produce high-quality videos that highlight authentic customer stories captured through farm visits and interviews.
Community Engagement: Be the online voice of Monil by engaging with farmer communities, responding to inquiries, and building brand love.
Conduct thorough customer research to understand what triggers engagement and how we can create better content based on that insight.
Contribute to other parts of the customer journey — from creating user manuals to email campaigns to better post-purchase guides.

In this entry level role, you’ll create content that connects with farmers, lead campaigns that grab attention, and build trust with our audience. You’ll take initiative, juggle multiple projects, and play a key role in shaping our brand, growing our presence, and fostering community engagement.

Additional requirements
- Language: Must speak and write fluent English and Norwegian.
- Travel: Possibility for travel when necessary (approx. 1–2 times a month, depending on budget).
- Education: Master’s degree required in marketing or other relevant fields required.
