Corporate Legal Counsel
Are you our new Legal Counsel?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Master of Law degree from a Norwegian or Swedish university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a commercial law firm or an in-house legal function within an industrial enterprise, energy, or finance sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
- Proven ability to draft legal documents in English.
- Solid commercial understanding and ability to apply legal principles in a business context.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Adequate computer proficiency.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Language skills in German, French, Spanish, or Chinese.
- Competence or experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Intellectual property, particularly patent law
- Dispute resolution, negotiations, arbitration, or court proceedings
- Corporate governance
- Stock exchange regulations
- Company law
- GDPR
- Competition law
- Experience or interest in conducting internal training sessions
