Operational Excellence Specialist – Focus on Technical Project Delivery

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing and implementing strategic initiatives — from operating model improvements to technical migrations and large-scale rollouts. You will work hands-on with project delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology execution, and driving change that sticks.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, including technical migrations, platform rollouts, and process implementation initiatives.
- Drive structured project execution — from scoping and planning to implementation, monitoring, and handover.
- Support strategy execution by aligning stakeholders, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Define and embed best practices in project governance, change management, and operational excellence.
- Develop and continuously improve our value-stream-based operating model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments — migration and implementation experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives.
- Experience with agile transformation, operating model implementation, or systems integration is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
