Location: Stord. Some travel and offshore can be expected.

Assignment Description

• Ensure quality within Piping and Valves on the Hugin A Topside project at Stord Yard.
• Support Construction, MC, and Commissioning to secure proper handover and compliance with project requirements according to agreed plans and targets.
• Perform quality assurance and control within piping and valves
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and project quality requirements
• Cooperate closely with Construction, MC, and Commissioning
• Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT, reviews, and deviation handling.
• Contribute to alliance collaboration and continuous improvement of processes and methods

Focus on:

• Flange management (bolts, gaskets) and alignment
• Testing and chemical cleaning
• Dustblinds, PSV calibration/handling
• Valve installation and PED documentation
• Hose management, preservation, and cleanliness
• Status reporting and input to As-built

Qualifications

• Technical College degree or trade certificate within Mechanical/Piping disciplines.
• Experience from QA/QM in oil & gas projects
• Solid knowledge of flange management, testing, and valve handling.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional/alliance environments.
• Improvement- and quality-focused mindset
