The QHSE & Office Administrator will support the team in Norway by managing daily office operations while ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate both administrative and compliance-related tasks.
QHSE
Work close with our global QHSE team.
Implement and maintain the company’s QHSE management system in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development, review, and update of QHSE policies, procedures, and manuals together with our global QHSE team.
Assist in regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and participate in audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain records of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and support investigations with root cause analysis.
Organize QHSE training sessions and toolbox talks to ensure employee awareness and compliance.
Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies when required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and environmental performance and work together with our global QHSE team.
Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and service contracts to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and company events.
Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Ensure confidential handling of sensitive documents and information.

Qualifications
Experience in QHSE, safety, and administration
Basic knowledge of ISO standards
Experience with safety inspections, audits, and incident reporting.
Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with our global QHSE team.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
