Sales Manager - Driving Strategic Growth at Focus Techouse Engineering AS

Focus Techouse Engineering AS is seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy and accelerate our international growth. With a team of over 60 skilled professionals and offices in Tønsberg, Norway and Qingdao, China, we deliver high-quality engineering services to clients worldwide-always with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and performance.

Your Mission
As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of our sales and marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO to align commercial goals with corporate vision and financial targets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client portfolio, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning Focus Techouse Engineering AS as a preferred partner in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans targeting both existing and prospective clients, with a special focus on acquiring new customers.
Conduct client outreach and sales-oriented activities to build lasting business relationships.
Identify and evaluate market opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
Establish and maintain networks with potential clients, partners, consultants, and key industry contacts globally.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality deliveries aligned with client requirements, including systematic evaluation for pricing and service improvements.
Work with the QA Manager to develop and refine procedures and guidelines related to the sales function.
Perform regular analysis of client feedback and satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in sales with a strong focus on closing contracts.
Solid understanding of engineering-based product and service delivery in offshore and onshore industries.
Deep knowledge of sales processes, customer needs, implementation methods, and digital tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to plan and execute strategic goals.
Familiarity with relevant laws, standards, and industry regulations.
Additional Information
May be assigned other duties by the CEO as needed.
Expected to contribute positively to the company’s working environment, supporting employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
Must demonstrate flexibility and commitment to travel internationally and domestically as required to support business development, client relations, and project execution.
