Backed by Vend, one of the leading marketplace and media groups in the Nordics, we’ve built Sweden’s #1 rental platform. Now, we’re launching Qasa in Norway – and we’re looking for a Country Manager to lead the way.
The Role
As Country Manager Norway, you’ll be responsible for launching, building, and scaling Qasa in a new and complex market. You’ll be part of Qasa’s leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of market strategy, execution, and results.
You’ll represent Qasa in Norway – externally with users and partners, and internally with teams across Product, Tech and Marketing. You’ll build the local organisation and take full responsibility for the business in Norway.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Norwegian market strategy and execution – with full P&L responsibility
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing local team
- Set up and manage key operations – including support, contract flows and payments
- Translate user insight into business decisions and product input
- Identify commercial opportunities and lead growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with central Qasa teams to align strategy and delivery
Who You Are
You’re a hands-on leader with experience from launching or growing a business. You know what it takes to build from scratch – and then scale with focus. You combine commercial thinking with structured delivery and strong communication skills.
We believe you bring:
- Operational leadership experience, ideally with full P&L responsibility
- Background from digital marketplaces, proptech, platform businesses, or consumer tech
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- Strategic ability, paired with execution power and ownership mindset
- A data-driven approach to decisions and prioritisation
- Fluency in Norwegian (or Swedish) and English
