Join Us as Senior Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: Os, Østerdalen, Norway
Work Arrangement: Based in Os with part-time remote work and flexible hours
Are you ready to play a key role in driving financial performance at our Animal Health Manufacturing site? As a Senior Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis, you will partner closely with site leadership to deliver clear financial insights, forecasts, and reports that support smart business decisions. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team focused on continuous improvement and sharing best practices across our Technology Solutions business.

What You’ll Do
- Provide regular financial updates and analysis to site leadership, helping them understand and act on results
- Prepare and analyze monthly operating results, budgets, and forecasts, including capital and profit & loss
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and support cost-saving initiatives
- Participate in factory management meetings as a trusted finance advisor
- Collaborate across teams to track key performance indicators and deepen business understanding
- Support regional financial planning efforts and contribute to standard costing reviews
- Assist site leadership with business case evaluations for new projects
- Manage working capital elements like fixed assets and inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support integration into global finance systems
- Temporarily support statutory accounting and monthly closing processes during system integration
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Strong independent worker with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential, experience with SAP is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
