As our new VP Technical Consulting, you’ll:
- Set the strategic technical direction for all aspects of Technical Consulting
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring the right capacity, competence, and methodologies to execute on our strategic goals.
- Navigate between urgent customer demands and long-term strategic improvements.
- Act as a trusted technical partner
- Drive continuous improvement, reducing time-to-market and well as time-to-customer.
- Collaborate across CatalystOne, creating strong interfaces with other departments
A Typical Day Might Include
- Coaching and developing team members, ensuring they’re empowered and equipped to own their work.
- Supporting your team in scoping and solving customer challenges.
- Leading strategic discussions on how to evolve our integration platform and technical consulting services.
- Acting as a technical advisor in pre-sales meetings or when complex customer issues arise.
- Following up and acting upon business aspects of the technical consulting business: actuals vs forecast from both a cost and a revenue perspective

What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in technical consulting, integration services, or a related domain.
- Background in software engineering or a technical field that enables you to confidently engage with developers and architects.
- Experience managing people and building teams in hybrid/distributed environment— focused on enabling, not controlling.
- Proven ability to lead change, inspire teams, and implement new ways of working.
- Willingness and ability to contribute hands-on when needed
- Strong business acumen, understanding how technical solutions tie into broader strategic goals.
- Knowledge of modern integration tools and modular architecture.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation, bringing cutting-edge technology into everyday processes and transforming how we work.
- Can support pre-sales in a technical context
