Responsibilities:
- Managing all company documentation from Level 1 to Level 4, including external regulations related to business processes.
- Leading and implementing the internal audit system based on ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards as the company’s Lead Auditor.
- Organizing management reviews and ensuring that all departments address identified risks and opportunities.
- Monitoring company KPIs and evaluating performance by department.
- Proposing company quality objectives to top management based on annual achievements and SWOT analysis.
- Acting as the Management Representative to bridge communication between top management and all levels of the organization.
- Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and aligned with departmental activities, including regular reviews.
- Overseeing the implementation of labor rights, sustainability, and environmental practices in accordance with social audit standards (e.g., SMETA/BSCI).
- Collaborating with the Human Capital Management (HCM) team on change management systems related to employees.
- Working with HCM and Maintenance departments to prepare and monitor company emission data.
- Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with SDGs standards.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of the 5R program (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the company and auditing its performance.
- Reviewing and acting on improvement suggestions submitted through the suggestion system.
- Participating in continuous business improvement initiatives using the Continuous Improvement Circle (CIC) approach.
- Preparing and reporting monthly KPI data and other relevant performance reports.
- Providing regular monthly reports summarizing the status and progress of all assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management systems, internal audits, and sustainability programs.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Experienced in KPI monitoring, SWOT analysis, and setting company quality objectives.
- Familiar with social audit standards (e.g., SMETA, BSCI), CSR programs, and SDGs principles.
- Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, QC 7 Tools, and identifying Lean 8 Wastes.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and risk-based thinking in operations.
- Strong ability in internal and external auditing, document control, and data analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments and levels.
- Able to manage complaint handling, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with digital management systems.
- Team player with a proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset.
- Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
