Key Account Manager
Are you ready to take your career to the next level with one of the Nordics' most loved and iconic food companies? Fazer is looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager for our Norwegian market to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in strengthening Fazer’s presence in the market while building long-term, profitable partnerships with key accounts such as Convenience, Oda, Core (Iceland), SAS, and others.
As a Key Account Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for your customer base, working across both Confectionery and Fazer Lifestyle Foods (FLF) categories. You’ll lead commercial activities with a clear focus on driving sales and profitability. From shaping product range and pricing negotiations to developing detailed sales and marketing plans, you’ll be a key player in driving success across multiple categories.
Your main responsibilities include
- Manage and grow key customer accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and business development
- Lead product range and pricing negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and profitable outcomes
- Develop comprehensive sales plans including budgets, forecasts, and marketing integration
- Coordinate and execute yearly trade negotiations with a strategic and commercial mindset
- Deliver strong results in sales, customer satisfaction, and category growth
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of their business, building valuable relationships, and shaping commercial strategies with customers. You should have experience in customer account management, an analytical mindset as well as a creative mindset to seek new potential ways of selling products.
We also expect you to have
- University degree in relevant area
- ca. 1-3 years experience from working with key account management
- Experience from FMCG or similar
- Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
